We advise you to practice each module for 1 week in order to integrate the exercises and take the time to digest them. This training contains a lot of content and it is preferable to go gradually. By respecting this rhythm, this training is over 10-12 weeks.
By selecting the PRO package, you will receive an INSPIRE certified diploma attesting your participation in this training. This certificate is not recognized by the state but attests that you have developed your knowledge in the field of breathing.
